We have been using the Adrenal Harmony gold and a diet adjustment for 5 months. The first 3 months we had great success. My girl stopped her heavy panting , always starving and drinking water calmed down and her hair started to grow back. The last 2 months her cushings symptoms returned. We tried the combo adrenal support with the melatonin and milk thistle but no change. We are returning to a Strict low-fat mostly fish and vegetable diet with the harmony gold plus and some add ons and this seems to make her symptoms less bothersome.

My beagle /schnauzer mix has been on this product + Dr Oscar HMR Lignans and Melatonin for Dogs with Cushings for 3 years. He was going on 9 when I noticed him panting at nigjt for no reason and I started doing research. The vet had mentioned "mildly" elevated liver values at his last blood test, but brushed it off. The combination of the two led me to a conclusion of Cushing's disease which was later verballycorroborated by the vet. I have hoped to avoid the arduous testing and medication the medical industry calls for in Cushing's dogs and these two products have helped me achieve that. I've been feeding them high protein, reasonable fat diet. Orijen senior kibble, Weruva sensitive belly chicken or similar canned, Northwest Natural chicken and salmon dehydrated raw, Honest Kitchen meal booster chicken, Dr Harvey's Paradigm to add bulk without excessive calories, and a lot of boiled chicken breast with occasional sub of ground turkey. Their occasional treats are almost all fish or chicken. Yeah, this is all expensive, but it's cheaper and a lot less stressful than the vet protocol. He's had three good years so far. He has all of his fur, his skin is mostly good, he's playful. . . he is pretty pudgy, but beagle + Cushing's = fat dog. Anyway, I believe the Adrenal Harmony Gold has provided my best friend with a good quality of life and I back it 100%

I found this product very helpful for my dog, she is less hungry and thirsty and more active, but I ran out and have not been able to get any more as it has been out of stock. She has now gone backwards. Cheers.

Our 13 year old dog was diagnosed with Cushings in October of 2025 and with agressive mouth cancer in November of 2025. Throughout it all we have been giving her the adrenal harmony gold and she very rarely has pee accidents, her fur has stopped falling out, her paws aren't as rough and she has maintained her energy and puppy like personality. I will forever be grateful to this supplement for giving us more time with our girl and helping to maintain a GOOD quality of life. We did have to go to the higher dose which is not noted on the bottle but is online.

Has been working wonders on my little old dog.

My dog was showing signs of Cushing’s disease - mainly increased thirst and urination and increased appetite. Within a month of giving her Adrenal Harmony all of her symptoms had disappeared. She has even lost half a kilo and her little pot belly has gone - I hadn’t realised until now that this was linked to her adrenals.

Darcey was drinking in excess and was having the odd leak. Our Vet did bloods and her cortisol levels were high. Further tests concluded she had Cushing Disease.
